Project Summary
Waterford Primary Care Centre is a modern healthcare facility developed to support and enhance community-based medical services in the local area.
Part of a national programme delivering 14 new primary care centres across Ireland for the Health Service Executive (HSE), the development was delivered by a consortium comprising Prime, Balfour Beatty and HICL Infrastructure Company Ltd.
The new 4,667 m² centre accommodates a broad range of healthcare services including general practice, dental care, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, mental health services, speech and language therapy, podiatry and public health nursing.
