At Brown Thomas Grafton Street, Lawler Consulting designed, tendered and project managed upgrades across lighting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, life safety, sprinkler, IT, CCTV and intruder alarm systems.
The works required new services to be integrated with existing infrastructure while minimising disruption to trading. Particular attention was also given to coordinating building services around high-quality ceilings, millwork and retail finishes, allowing the engineering to perform without compromising the customer environment.
